When will my pickup order be ready?
Depending on your preferred pickup location, your order will be ready for pickup within 24-72 hours. You will receive an email or text notification confirming your order is ready for pickup. If you need your order sooner than that, please call us at (630) 442-7167 and we will do our best to accommodate!
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 72 hours. You will receive an email or text notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).
What is your return policy?
We want you to be thoroughly pleased with your purchase. However, if you wish to make a return or exchange, please email email@example.com to initiate. Once approved, you can send merchandise in original condition to:

You must include a copy of the receipt, and we will refund the original form of payment or coordinate an exchange. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return/exchange online purchases in the store?
You are welcome to return merchandise in original condition to one of our locations for merchandise credit only. Please bring a copy of the receipt.
What if my merchandise is damaged?

If I mail in a return, when will I be refunded?
Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Can I use a gift certificate online?
At this time, we are only accepting gift certificates at our brick-and-mortar locations.
Do you have a rewards program?
Currrently, we offer a rewards program for brick and mortar purchases only. We plan to initiate an online rewards program in the near future.
